Miquel C. has a long and varied work experience. Miquel began their career in 1990 as a Systems Engineering Lead at the Department of Interior in the Catalonia Government. From 1994 to 2016, they worked at NIKE IT - WHQ in various roles, including Global Frontline & Reporting IT Director, Technical Engineering & Application Support, Operations IT Director, IT Director, Software Engineering | Infrastructure, Team Sports, Global IT Sales Sr. Manager | Software Engineering, Cross Functional Business Project Manager, and IT Technology & Engineering Manager. In 2016, they moved to Castelli USA as CTO eCommerce, where they led the effort of taking an eCommerce business that was losing money to becoming a multi-million business after 2 ½ years. In 2019, they joined Discogs as Chief Technology Officer, VP of Product & Engineering, and VP of Engineering.

Miquel C. obtained a Private Master Degree in Computer Science from Multisense (IBM) between 1993 and 1994. Prior to that, they obtained a Technical Business Management Degree in Business Management & Computer Science from Technical Institute Maria Auxiliadora between 1986 and 1991.
