Ross Higgins

Ross Higgins has a long and varied work experience. Ross began their career in 2001 as a Web Team Lead & Senior User Experience Designer at ESRI. In 2008, they took on a role as Senior Front-end Web Developer at Fox Broadcasting, and also began working as Faculty at The Art Institute of California - Orange County. In 2010, they became Principal Owner of New Media Solutions. From 2012 to 2018, they held various roles at Newegg, including Sr. Director, User Experience and Design, Director, UX & Design, and Sr. Manager, UX & Design. In 2018, they became a Design Leadership Forum Member at InVision. In 2020, they started their own consulting business, Ross Higgins Consulting, and in 2022, they became Director, UX at Discogs.

Ross Higgins attended San Francisco State University from 1993 to 1995, studying Industrial and Product Design. Ross then attended California State University, Fullerton from 1996 to 1998, where they received a Bachelor's of Fine Art in Graphic Design.
