Claire Conly

Claire Conly has over 15 years of experience in finance and analytics. Claire is currently the Vice President of Finance at Discord, a position they have held since July 2021. Prior to Discord, they were the Vice President of Analytics and Strategic Finance at Thumbtack from March 2015 to July 2021. At Thumbtack, they built and led the global Analytics team, a team of over 50 analysts who embedded data-driven decision making throughout the company. Claire was also a member of Thumbtack's leadership team. Prior to Thumbtack, they worked at Bain & Company as a Senior Manager from September 2005 to March 2015. At Bain, they led Bain and client project teams for engagements with Fortune 100 companies. Claire was responsible for delivering multi-million dollar results quickly by generating rigorous analytical insights and aligning executives to action. Claire was recognized for success leading, motivating, and developing teams.

Claire Conly studied business at the Harvard Business School, where they earned their MBA. Claire also holds a BS from Yale University.
