Emmy Negrin is the Head of Inclusion, Diversity & Purpose at Discord. Emmy has over ten years of experience in social impact, diversity & inclusion, and community engagement. Emmy started their career as a teaching associate with Citizen Schools where they quickly rose to the role of senior recruiter with Galileo Learning. From there, Emmy went on to lead social impact initiatives as the Head of the Yahoo Employee Foundation and later as the Director of Global Social Impact & Community Impact for adidas. Emmy is passionate about using their platform to create inclusive environments and empower underrepresented communities.

Emmy Negrin has a background in Communication and Culture, International Development and Social Change from their time at Clark University. Emmy furthered their education by completing an Executive Business Program and Social Impact Strategy from the University of Pennsylvania. In addition to their degrees and certification, Emmy Negrin has also completed a program on Creating Psychological Safety for Diverse Teams and is certified in Executive Coaching and Leading Change.

Emmy Negrin reports to Heather Sullivan, Chief People Officer. Emmy Negrin works with A.J. Figliolini - Head of Global Total Rewards, Allen Levy - Head of Leaning & Development, and Irene Edan Canes-Vargas - Director of Global People Operations.
