Hope Mehlman

Hope Mehlman joined Discover in January 2023 and is the chief legal officer, general counsel, and secretary. Prior to joining Discover, Hope was executive vice president, general counsel, and corporate secretary of Bank of the West and corporate secretary of BNP Paribas USA, Inc. Hope holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Cornell University, a Juris Doctor from Seton Hall University Law School and a Master of Laws in Taxation from New York University School of Law.
