Jeffery Boulos is a seasoned professional in talent acquisition with extensive experience across various industries. Currently serving as the Senior Manager of Business Technology Recruiting at Discover Financial Services since January 2024, Jeffery leads the global Talent Acquisition team for the Information Technology organization. Prior to this, Jeffery held the position of Talent Acquisition Executive at OCC, focusing on executive recruitment for technology-related roles. Jeffery has also served as Head of Talent Acquisition (SVP) at First Midwest Bank, managing recruitment strategies for a large workforce, and as Talent Acquisition Manager and Executive Recruiter (VP) at The Northern Trust, overseeing recruitment for key business units.
