Mohan Dhas

Mohan Dhas is a seasoned leader in software engineering with extensive experience in artificial intelligence and machine learning platforms. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Software Engineering for the Machine Learning Platform at Discover Financial Services since March 2023, Mohan leads teams focused on AI/ML solutions for credit decision-making and fraud management. Prior to this role, Mohan was the Software Development Manager at Amazon Web Services, overseeing the SageMaker Machine Learning Frameworks team. Mohan has also held senior positions at LivePerson, Ossia Inc., Posh Technologies, Microsoft, and several other technology companies, contributing to innovative projects across cloud, mobile, and IoT solutions. Academic qualifications include a Master's degree in Computer Applications from Bharathidasan University and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Manonmaniam Sundaranar University.
