Ryan Kays has extensive experience in financial management and operations strategy, currently serving as a Senior Manager in Card Operations Strategy at Discover Financial Services since July 2015. Prior to this role, Ryan held various managerial and project management positions within the company, including Manager of Card Operations Strategy and SLP Project Manager in both Consumer Banking Strategy & Analysis and LEAN Operations.
