Steve McDonie

Steve McDonie is an experienced financial services professional with a career spanning over three decades, currently serving as Senior Manager of Employee Experience Solutions at Discover Financial Services since January 2004. In this role, Steve oversees Enterprise Coaching and Compliance Systems, as well as leading teams in Enterprise Reporting and Digital Analytics.
