Zoraida Rivera

Zoraida Rivera is an accomplished hospitality professional with extensive experience in revenue management and reservations. Currently serving as CRM Manager at Discover Puerto Rico since November 2022, Zoraida previously held the position of Reservations Manager at The Condado Collection, where responsibilities included managing the Reservations Department staff and overseeing all reservation activities. Earlier roles include Cluster Revenue Manager at Marriott International, where Zoraida maximized transient revenue for multiple resorts, and Account Manager at Booking.com, focusing on business performance for accommodation partners in the Caribbean. Experience also includes positions at Starwood Hotels & Resorts as an Executive Meeting Specialist and as Rooms Controller at The Ritz-Carlton, San Juan, illustrating a strong background in customer service and operations.
