Amy Lichonczak

Amy Lichonczak has a diverse work experience, starting in 2007 at Northrop Grumman as an Operations Manager, Mission Assurance, and Sr. Quality Analyst, followed by a role as a CMMI Specialist at LMI Consulting Firm in 2011. Amy then moved on to Health Restoration Connection LLC in 2012, where they held roles as Program Manager, Lead Auditor, and Sr. Business Analyst until 2020. Amy then worked at UICGS/Bowhead Family of Companies as a Deputy Program Manager/Program Analyst from 2020 to 2021. Currently, they serve as the Director of Process and Quality Management at Discover Technologies since 2021.

Amy Lichonczak completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Leadership from Baker College in 1998 and went on to earn their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Industrial Management from the same institution in 2003. Amy also holds additional certifications in quality management systems, quality auditing, and CMMI.
