Fran Geoghegan

Fran Geoghegan is an accomplished professional in the beauty industry, currently serving as the Head of Education & Events at Discovered Brands since July 2023, where responsibilities include developing and executing the Education & Trade Events strategy for high growth Specialty Beauty Brands. Previously, Fran held several key roles at Charlotte Tilbury Beauty from August 2017 to July 2023, culminating in the position of Head of Global Education, overseeing the creation and delivery of the Global Retail Education strategy. Fran's progressive career also includes positions such as Senior Education & Development Manager for EMEA, Education Manager for UK & Middle East, and UK Education Manager, each focused on enhancing training and development within the beauty sector. Earlier experience includes serving as Field Training Manager at Benefit Cosmetics and Account Manager at the same company. Fran holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Drama from Loughborough University.
