Dan Culhane

Dan Culhane has held a variety of roles in the legal and business fields. From 2017 to present, they have been the Founder and CEO of Discovery Genie. From 2005 to present, they have been a lawyer at Daniel J. Culhane LLC, providing real estate, general business counseling and transactional representation to individuals and small- to medium-sized businesses. From 2004 to 2005, they were the General Counsel for The Quiznos Master LLC. From 1998 to 2004, they were the Senior Director, Corporate Counsel and Chief Privacy Officer/Corporate Compliance at Qwest Communication, where they managed and administered the Corporate Compliance Program, including Code of Conduct, Corporate Policies, and compliance with applicable law (including Sarbanes-Oxley compliance).

Dan Culhane obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Classics and Classical Languages, Literatures, and Linguistics, Greek and Latin from Stanford University between 1985 and 1989. Dan then attended Stanford Law School, earning a Doctor of Law (JD) in 1992.
