Luke Baethke

Luke Baethke has extensive experience in various operational roles, currently serving as a Billing & Fulfillment Specialist at GrandPad since September 2020. Prior to this, Luke held multiple positions at Nordstrom from April 2002 to August 2020, including Facilities Assistant Manager and Contact Center Supervisor, demonstrating expertise in logistics and customer experience. Luke's career began with UPS, where supervision skills were developed from August 2001 to July 2010. Educational background includes an Associate of Arts degree in Culinary Arts from Kirkwood Community College, as well as an earlier Associate's degree in General Studies from the same institution.
