Cláudia Félix began their work experience in 2008 at Sonae Turismo | Troia Resort | Aqualuz Suite Hotel Apartamentos Troia, where they worked in the Front Office from July 2008 to May 2009. In 2009, they joined Discovery Hotel Management at the Monte Real Hotel - Termas - Spa as a Front-Office employee, with an unknown end-date.

Cláudia Félix attended ISLA - Instituto Politécnico de Gestão e Tecnologia from 2003 to 2007, where they pursued a Licenciatura degree in Turismo.
