Chris Hailey

Chris Hailey has over 15 years of experience in learning and development roles. Chris started as a Senior Project Manager at Bank of America in 2005 before moving on to roles at Safeguard Properties, Assurant Field Services, Regions Bank, Gallup, and now, Discovery Land Company, where they currently serve as the Senior Director of Learning and Development. Chris'sresponsibilities have included managing team members, developing training materials, implementing learning strategies, and promoting diversity and inclusivity in the workplace.

Chris Hailey earned a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) in Psychology from Dallas Baptist University in 2000-2002. Later, they pursued a Master of Education - MEd in Applied Behavior Analysis from Texas State University. In 2017, Chris obtained a certification as a Strengths Coach from Gallup.
