Jason Matzat

Jason Matzat has a diverse background in finance and accounting, starting as a Supervising Senior Accountant at KPMG in 1998. Jason later became the Controller/Director of Finance at Access Golf before transitioning to Nike as the Director of Finance & Accounting. There, they managed a team of 17 and drove financial performance for the retail business. Jason then took on the role of Controller at Vaquero Club, Inc., overseeing all aspects of accounting and treasury functions. Currently, they serve as the Project CFO at Baker's Bay Golf & Ocean Club with Discovery Land Company.

Jason Matzat earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Central Washington University in 1998. Jason then completed an Executive MBA at the University of Washington's Michael G. Foster School of Business from 2012 to 2014. In July 2014, they became a Certified Public Accountant through the Washington State Board of Accountancy.
