Brady Wen

Brady Wen has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Starting in 2012, Brady worked as an Assistant Engineer at Abco Electronics for a brief period. In 2013, Brady was a Researcher at the South African National Space Agency, focusing on research, statistics, and using R language in R Studio. In 2014, Brady held two positions simultaneously, working as a Freelance Translator at Non-Ferrous Metal Works SA (Pty) Ltd and as a Researcher at the University of KwaZulu-Natal. From 2016 to 2020, Brady worked as a Systems Business Analyst at FNB South Africa, where they specialized in the Forex IT department, documenting and creating models for new systems and enhancements. In 2020, Brady joined Rand Merchant Bank as a System Analyst, and in 2021, moved on to WesBank as a Senior System Analyst. Currently, Brady is employed as a Systems Analyst Lead at Discovery Limited since 2022.

Brady Wen pursued their education in a diverse range of fields. Brady began their academic journey in 2003 at Maritzburg College, where they completed their high school education in 2007. Following this, they enrolled at the University of KwaZulu-Natal, where they studied Electrical and Electronics Engineering and obtained an Engineer's Degree from 2008 to 2013.

Seeking to expand their knowledge beyond engineering, Brady Wen attended the University of Johannesburg in 2017. Here, they obtained a Higher Certificate in General Management, specializing in Business Administration and Management, General.

In addition to their formal education, Brady Wen acquired several certifications to enhance their skill set. In 2016, they completed the Project Management Fundamentals course offered by PM.Ideas Pty Ltd. The following year, they earned the Certified Disciplined Agilist certification from the Agile Consortium. Most recently, in July 2022, they obtained their Private Pilot License from Superior Pilot Services, certified by the South African Civil Aviation Association.

It is worth noting that the obtained certifications and the Private Pilot License complement Brady Wen's education history and indicate their continued pursuit of knowledge and professional development.
