Li-Ann Ting is an accomplished strategy and operations leader with extensive experience in both startup and corporate environments. Currently serving as a Strategy & Operations Leader at Fractional BizOps, Li-Ann previously held key roles at discz, a Y-Combinator-backed consumer tech startup, and Spotify, where responsibilities included leading comprehensive strategy and operations teams across various business units. Li-Ann's tenure at Spotify featured pivotal contributions to strategic planning, regulatory compliance, and product launches. Earlier experience includes roles at White & Case, where Li-Ann focused on cross-functional revenue strategies, and EY, managing advisory services for Fortune 500 clients.
