Subir Kumar Das has held various leadership roles in multiple companies and organizations. Subir Kumar has served as an Independent Director for IRM Enterprises Limited, Troikaa Pharmaceuticals Ltd., Transformers & Rectifiers (India) Ltd., SME Mavens Foundation, and Dishman Carbogen Amcis Limited. Subir Kumar has also been a Member Advisory Board and core faculty for CEEI - Catallyst Executive Education Institute, a Visiting Faculty and HR consultant for the National Institute of Bank Management, and an Advisor and Faculty for McKinsey & Company. In addition, they served as an Advisor(HR) to Chairman and Managing Director for Bank of Baroda and held the positions of Chief General Manager and General Manager in the same organization. In 1972-1974, Subir Kumar Das attended the University of Lucknow, where they earned a Master of Science degree in chemistry.
From 1985-1987, they pursued a Master of Management Studies degree at Banaras Hindu University, specializing in Finance and Financial Management Services.
In 1988, Subir Kumar Das attended the Indian Institute of Banking and Finance, where they obtained a CAIIB degree.
In 2004, they participated in an Executive Development Programme in Organizational Leadership at the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad.
