Anirban Ghosh

Anirban Ghosh is an accomplished culinary professional with extensive experience in diverse kitchen environments. Currently serving as Head Chef at Dishoom since September 2016, Anirban previously held the position of Senior Sous Chef at Talli Joe for a brief period in 2016. Prior experience includes roles as Sous Chef at Rosewood London and Head Chef at Mw Eat Ltd, managing multiple restaurant operations. Anirban also worked as Sous Chef at Hyatt Hotels Corporation for six years, with notable experiences as Guest Indian Chef at Grand Hyatt Jakarta and Grand Hyatt Bali. Anirban holds a Diploma in Hospitality Management from the International Institute of Advance Studies in Kolkata, India, earned between 1999 and 2001.
