Hayley Simpson is currently the Senior Restaurant Marketing Manager at Dishoom, where Hayley leads on launch marketing strategy for new openings and oversees local marketing activities for various concepts. Previously, Hayley founded and directed Lucky Pineapple Cocktails, worked as a hospitality consultant at Lucky Pineapple Consultancy, and held marketing and communication roles at The Breakfast Club. With a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from Kingston University, Hayley has also contributed to various publications and worked in features editing roles.
