Jake Odlum has extensive experience in the hospitality industry, currently serving as Bar Ops Manager at Dishoom since 2018, after previously holding the position of Head Bartender at the same establishment from 2015 to 2017. Prior experience includes a role as Duty Manager at Apartment Group in 2015 and as Supervisor at The Town Wall from 2012 to 2015. Jake Odlum holds a Bachelor of Music degree from Newcastle University.
