Jennifer Stark

Jennifer Stark is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in human resources management across various industries. Currently serving as Global Senior Human Resources Manager at Disney Parks, Experiences and Products since March 2022, Jennifer leads HR strategy for the global commercial team, directly supporting senior executives. Previously, Jennifer held multiple roles at PepsiCo from 2015 to 2022, including Senior Human Resources Manager and Field HR Business Partner, where responsibilities encompassed talent management strategies and support for supply chain operations. Early career experiences included internships at Inspiring Capital and Oshkosh Corporation, as well as positions in community support and education. Jennifer holds a Master of Science in Human Resources Management from Purdue University and a Bachelor’s degree in Neurobiology and Behavior from the same institution.
