Lauren Goodyear

Lauren Goodyear is an experienced marketing professional with a diverse background in customer engagement and relationship marketing, primarily within the Disney organization. Currently serving as Associate Manager of Customer Engagement at Disney Experiences since September 2021, Lauren previously held several strategic roles at Merkle from February 2016 to September 2021, where skills in campaign marketing, budget management, and client relationships were honed, resulting in significant revenue growth and award nominations. Earlier experiences include managing marketing projects at Disney Parks and internships at both Disney and Zappos, showcasing strong capabilities in strategic planning, project execution, and customer satisfaction. Lauren holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and Management Science from the University of South Carolina and has also studied at the Vienna University of Economics and Business.
