Andrea N. Gibson

Andrea N. Gibson has extensive experience in community engagement and corporate social responsibility, currently serving as Manager of Community Engagement at The Walt Disney Company since August 1993. Previous roles at Disney include Community Engagement Program Manager and Senior Representative for Disney VoluntEARS. Prior to Disney, Andrea worked at the University of Southern California as an Advisor and Graduate Coordinator in the Political Science Department from April 1984 to April 1992. Education includes a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology with a concentration in Criminology from the University of Southern California and completion of part-time coursework in Business Administration at the same institution. Additionally, Andrea participated in leadership programs with the Southern California Leadership Network, achieving Fellow status in Leadership LA and The Riordan Leadership Institute.
