Kelsey Orens

Kelsey Orens is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in corporate social responsibility and marketing within The Walt Disney Company since June 2014. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Corporate Social Responsibility, Kelsey leads youth development initiatives and community engagement efforts in Los Angeles and New York City, collaborating with various stakeholders across CSR, DEI, and communications. Previously, Kelsey held senior marketing roles focusing on synergy campaigns for major franchises including Disney Princess and Marvel. Other positions at Disney|ABC Television encompassed activating social impact campaigns and partnerships across multiple networks. Kelsey's background also includes internships with the Center for Strategic and International Studies, the United States Senate, and AmeriCorps, complemented by a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from UCLA and a leadership program through Southern California Leadership Network.
