Cate Battey

Head of Enterprise Sales and Partnerships, East Coast at Dispatch Goods

Cate Battey started their work experience at Outbrain in 2016 as a Sales Planner. Cate then advanced in their career within the company, taking on roles such as Lead Planner, Junior Customer Success Manager, and Customer Success Manager, where they achieved significant accomplishments. Cate generated over $2 million in new business revenue by identifying and resolving a tracking issue for a key new partner. This success led to additional revenue of $2.4 million and served as an internal case study. In 2020, Cate was promoted to Senior Customer Success Manager and later became the Customer Success Team Lead, Performance. In 2023, they joined Dispatch Goods as the Head of Enterprise Sales and Partnerships for the East Coast.
