Lindsey Rosenquist

Lindsey Rosenquist, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources and operations management. As a Senior HCM & Ops Specialist at DispatchHealth since August 2020, Lindsey oversees HR operations for 10 entities across 55 market locations in 22 states, managing a workforce of 2,400 employees. Previously, as a Care Advisor at Family Tree In-Home Care from February 2016 to June 2020, Lindsey served as the primary contact for clients and caregivers, supervising 120 employees in both clinical and non-clinical roles. Earlier experience includes serving as a Staff Development Coordinator at Aspen Siesta from May 2008 to February 2016, where Lindsey managed non-clinical operations in the nursing department. Lindsey holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management from Colorado State University and an Associate’s Degree from Aims Community College.
