Leigh Hornik

Leigh Hornik has a diverse work experience in talent acquisition and executive recruiting. Starting in 2005 at Charles Schwab, Leigh held roles as an Executive Recruiter and Senior Recruiting Manager. In 2010, they joined BlackRock as a Human Resources Business Partner and later became the Vice President of Talent Acquisition for the San Francisco office. Leigh then moved on to Lending Club in 2015 as the Director of Executive Recruiting, where they formed the Executive Recruiting function and led searches for various departments.
