Vasista Gaggaiah Vemuri has four different work experiences. The first position was as an ERP Implementation and Support specialist at Conrep Inc. from February 2015 to December 2016. In this role, they were trained newly signed clients and existing clients on the product workflow.

From April 2017 until January 2021, they worked as a Customer Support Specialist for SAP Labs India. Vasista Gaggaiah was responsible for customer success and IT related technical issues. Vasista Gaggaiah managed two product support and kept 24/7 shift rosters. Vasista Gaggaiah was also accountable for categorizing and assigning incidents to agents, interacting with customers and prospects over the community vlog, and working with the product team on bug resolution.

In February 2021, Vasista joined Zenoti as a Senior Product Support Specialist and left in October 2022. In this position, they were responsible for chat and call support, handling assigned conversations, and interacting with customers to ensure they were using the product features.

Currently, Vasista works as a Customer Success Manager at DispatchTrack since April 2022.

Vasista Gaggaiah Vemuri completed their Secondary School Certificate (SSC) in 2007 at Sree Surya Vidyanikethan in Ongole. In 2009, they earned an intermediate degree in M.P.C from Narayana Junior College in Nellore. From 2009 to 2013, they pursued a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering at RISE Groups of Institutions. In November 2021, they received certification in Adobe Captivate Prime 2016 Essential Training from LinkedIn.
