Sebastian Wells

Sebastian Wells has a diverse work experience in the field of engineering and technology. Sebastian is currently the VP of Engineering at Disperse, a construction technology scale-up. Prior to this, they worked as the Head of Engineering at Splendid Unlimited for a decade, where they also held positions such as Solution Architect and Technical Lead, as well as Technical Lead. Before joining Splendid Unlimited, they were the Managing Director at SW Systems for five years. Earlier in their career, Sebastian worked as a Software Engineer at Axon Digital Design BV and TX-2 Broadcast Ltd.

Sebastian Wells obtained a BEng degree in Electronic Engineering with Computing from The University of Sheffield, which they attended from 1999 to 2002. Additionally, they obtained a certification in Contentful Certified Professional Exam from Contentful in December 2022.
