Vibhavari Bali has a diverse range of work experience in human resources and talent management. Vibhavari is currently working as an Associate Director - People at disprz. Prior to that, they served as the Director - Human Capital at Campbell Shipping Company Ltd. Before that, they held the position of Associate Director- HR & ADMIN at SNEHA, where they led the HR & Admin Division and implemented various HR strategies and processes. Vibhavari also worked as a Senior HR Business Partner at Cipla Ltd, handling HR functions for Global Finance and Global Shared Services. Vibhavari has experience in leading Learning and Development and Talent Management as well, having worked as the Lead Learning and Development and Talent Management at Trent Hypermarket Pvt Ltd-Star Bazaar. Vibhavari also held leadership roles in HR at Tata Motors Finance Ltd, MIRC Electronics Ltd, Jumbo Electronics Company Ltd, and American Indo Staffing LLC. Overall, Vibhavari has a strong background in HR strategy, recruitment, performance management, and employee engagement.

Vibhavari Bali has a diverse education history that spans over several years. Vibhavari began their education journey in 1989 at St. Mary's High School, where they obtained their SSC degree in 1992. In 1995, they attended Jai Hind College, Bombay University, where they earned their Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology in 2000.

Vibhavari then pursued further studies at the Institute of Business Management and Research from 2000 to 2002, where they completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration.

Their interest in psychology led their to enroll at the Tata Institute of Social Sciences in 2016, where they obtained a Post Graduate Diploma in Counselling in 2017. Vibhavari then continued their academic journey at the Indira Gandhi National Open University from 2018 to 2020, earning an MA in Clinical Psychology.

In 2019, Vibhavari attended Don Bosco School, where they pursued an Advanced Diploma in Counselling, specifically focusing on Mental Health Counseling/Counselor.

Aside from their formal education, Vibhavari has also obtained additional certifications to enhance their skills and knowledge. In 2015, they became a Certified Agent of Change - NLP Practitioner through the India and International Professional Association of Neuro-Linguistic Programming. In 2020, they completed Transactional Analysis 101 from the International Board of Certification (ITAA).
