Lyndsay McShane

Lyndsay McShane is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as Vice President of People Operations at DISQO since August 2021, Lyndsay previously held the position of Senior Director of People at NEXT Trucking from June 2019 to August 2021. Earlier in the career, Lyndsay worked at DFS Group Limited as Human Resources Director for MidPacific and Senior Learning and Development Manager for North America, and at Cole Haan as Senior Retail Training Manager. Lyndsay earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Telecommunication Arts with a minor in Public Relations from Butler University between 1995 and 1999.
