Chris Barber

Chris Barber has a diverse work experience in various industries. Chris co-founded Disruption Labs in 2017, where they served as the CEO. The company focuses on plant-derived delivery technology to disrupt innovation in the food, beverage, and supplement industry. They provide solutions for solubility, stability, and bioavailability challenges. In 2018, Chris co-founded Reset Bioscience, which uses innovative ingredient technologies to create wellness products. In 2019, they co-founded Santé Laboratories, a contract development manufacturing organization (CDMO) with capabilities in R&D, manufacturing, and analytical testing. They specialize in encapsulations for vitamins and functional ingredients. Before their entrepreneurial ventures, Chris worked as a partner at Aeron Global Sourcing from 2014 to 2017. Prior to that, they held the position of Vice President Trading at Bank of America Merrill Lynch from 2009 to 2014 and worked on the Credit Trading Desk at Moore Capital Management from 2006 to 2008.

Chris Barber attended NYU Stern School of Business from 2005 to 2009, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Finance and Marketing.
