Olivier Peyroutet has extensive experience in customer care and service infrastructure. Olivier has held various leadership roles at Accuray, including Senior Director Customer Care & Service Infrastructure EIMEA, Customer Care Director EIMEA, Senior Manager Global Customer Service, and Customer Care Director EIMEA and APAC. Prior to that, they served as a Senior EIMEA Field Service Manager, EIMEA Service Manager, Service Supervisor, and Field Service Engineer at Accuray. Most recently, they have been appointed as the Head of Customer Experience at Distalmotion, starting in 2023.
Olivier Peyroutet completed their education with a Master of Science degree in Electronic and Signal Processing from Cardiff University in 2006. Prior to that, they obtained an Engineering degree in Electronic Engineering and Data Processing from Polytech Nantes in 2006. In 2012, they pursued executive education in "Business Unit Management" from IFG Executive Education. Additionally, they obtained a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification from Accuray in 2015.
