Caleb Ross is a seasoned professional in member services and sales management with significant experience in the hospitality and tourism industries. Currently serving as the Director of Member Services at the Distilled Spirits Council of the United States since February 2023, Caleb also holds the position of Co-Founder at Black Nickel Inc. Since July 2020, previous roles include National Sales Manager at Live! Casino & Hotel and Operations Manager at The Grant Access, LLC, where Caleb achieved notable sales milestones and revamped marketing strategies. Earlier experience includes serving as Executive Sales Coordinator at Destination DC, where Caleb coordinated substantial sales reporting and business development efforts, along with an apprenticeship at Destination International focusing on promoting Washington, DC as a premier meeting destination.
