Marcella Caldwell

Marcella Caldwell is currently the Director of Business and Event Operations at Distinctive Edge Partners, a full-service communication, marketing, and events management firm specializing in industrials, aerospace, and defense. Prior to this, Marcella held the role of Manager of Business Operations at the same company. Additionally, Marcella is the Co-Founder of KMT Commerce, where Marcella is responsible for developing and executing the company's eCommerce strategy. Previously, Marcella served as the Senior Director of Operations at Weddings by LMP, where Marcella played a key role in managing efficient business operations, teams, and customer relationships.
