Diverse Learner Teacher at DISTINCTIVE SCHOOLS

Theopolis Washington III, M.Ed, is a dedicated educator and coach with extensive experience in supporting diverse learners and fostering athletic development. Currently serving as a Diverse Learner Teacher at Distinctive Schools since August 2023, Theopolis has also taken on the role of Assistant Track and Field Coach at Glenville High School since July 2019. Prior experience includes being an Intervention Specialist at Barack Obama Elementary School and a Wellness Instructor at Advantage CLE: Tennis & Education. Previous positions include Paraprofessional at Maple Heights High School, Summer Camp Counselor at the YMCA of Greater Cleveland, Childcare Assistant at the YMCA of Greater Pittsburgh, and Residential Assistant with the TRIO Upward Bound Program. Theopolis holds a Master’s degree in Early Childhood Intervention Specialist from Kent State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Instructional Studies from Point Park University.
