Nina K. Englishby

Nina Englishby has a diverse range of work experience in the HR and talent acquisition field. Their most recent position was as a Talent Acquisition Manager at Distributed, where they started in May 2023. Prior to that, they held roles such as Talent Acquisition Lead and Talent Acquisition & People at the same company. Nina also worked as a Manual QA and Technical Recruiter at Distributed.

Before joining Distributed, Nina was the Head of HR and Talent Acquisition at Corefy from March 2020 to October 2020. Nina also held the same position at CIENCE from April 2016 to December 2019. Additionally, they served as the Head of HR at Brainware Ventures and Helpware from April 2016 to June 2017.

Nina's early career included roles as an HR Generalist at Eugene Deyneko Training Center from November 2015 to April 2016, and at Educational Agency "Business Link" from September 2010 to September 2015. Prior to transitioning into HR, they worked as a Logistics Specialist at Kuehne + Nagel from September 2008 to September 2010.

Nina Englishby has a strong educational background and a range of certifications. Nina obtained a Master's degree in Human Resources Management and Labour Economics from Kyiv National Economics University, where they studied from 2009 to 2011. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the same university, completing their studies from 2005 to 2009.

Before attending university, Nina received a Certificate of Secondary Education from Meridian International School. Nina studied there from 2000 to 2005, focusing on Mathematics and English Language.

In addition to their formal education, Nina has obtained several certifications. In 2023, they became Scrum Master Certified (SMC) through the Scrum Alliance. Nina also obtained the Talent Acquisition Manager certification from SocialTalent in the same year. In 2020, Nina achieved an IELTS General Training score of 8.0, which was awarded by the British Council.
