Jeff Weil

Brand Officer at District Medical Group

Jeff Weil, CHCIO, CPHIMS, CDH-E, SHIMSS is DMG’s brand officer. A tenured healthcare executive, he has more than 30 years’ experience in information technology and operations in acute and ambulatory care, academic, and public health sectors. Mr. Weil is responsible for leading DMG’s marketing and communications efforts including brand management, website and digital presence and development, marketing collateral and advertising, digital marketing, social media, public relations, and internal communications.

Jeff holds a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration from Ramapo College of New Jersey and is a Certified Digital Health Executive (CDH-E), a CPHIMS, and a CHCIO. He has been an active member of the Healthcare Information Management Systems Society (HIMMS) for more than 20 years; Jeff serves on the Board of Directors of HIMMS’ Arizona State Chapter and is a past vice president and past president. Jeff is also a member of the College of Healthcare Information Management Executives (CHIME).

Mr. Weil is committed to not only being an active member of the local IT community but also being an engaged resident of Phoenix. He is Chair of the Board of Directors for FC Batavia, a competitive youth soccer club in North Phoenix and is an active fundraiser as well as coach for the organization.
