Wendy Neal

Wendy Neal, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as the Human Resources Manager at DIT-MCO International since May 2021. Prior to this role, Wendy held the same title at MW COMPANY from May 2019 to May 2021. Wendy's extensive experience in human resources includes positions at Sioux Chief Manufacturing, where responsibilities included Assistant Director of Human Resources and Director of Safety in the Human Resources Department from October 1996 to May 2019. Earlier in their career, Wendy worked as an Academic Counselor at DeVry University from April 1990 to June 1996 and as Home Equity/Receptionist at Community America Credit Union from November 1987 to April 1990. Wendy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business from DeVry University and an Associate degree in Business from Bonozon Healthcare Pvt Ltd. Additionally, Wendy is pursuing a Master's degree in Management and Leadership at Western Governors University.
