Rick Neo

Rick Neo has a diverse work experience spanning over a period of more than 20 years. Rick is currently serving as the Head of Carrier Business at DITO Telecommunity Corporation since December 2020. Prior to this, Rick worked as an Executive Director at Tripod Consultancy Services Pte Ltd from January 2020.

Rick has also held key leadership roles in the telecommunications industry. Rick served as the President of China Telecom (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. from January 2016 to April 2019. In this role, they were responsible for managing the company's P&L and overseeing budget planning.

Before joining China Telecom Malaysia, Rick was the Regional Director of Carrier Business at China Telecom (Singapore) Pte Ltd. Rick managed a team and was actively involved in promoting China Telecom services in Singapore, Malaysia, Brunei, and the Philippines. Rick also worked closely with backend teams to enhance product services and played a key role in contract negotiations with various internal teams.

Rick started their career with reputable companies such as Pacnet, Asia Netcom, Siemens, Verizon Business, and M1 Limited. Rick held various managerial positions, such as Senior Business Manager and Business Manager, showcasing their expertise in sales, account management, and customer care.

Rick Neo completed their BA in Social Sciences from the National University of Singapore from 1992 to 1994. In 1996, they attended the Singapore Institute of Management and obtained a Graduate Diploma in Sales & Marketing.
