Dave Owen

Dave Owen is the Co-Founder & CEO of ditto, a talent sharing marketplace that aims to revolutionize learning & development for employees and unlock workforce agility for employers. Prior to ditto, Dave worked at companies such as BBC, Dyson, and The Constructive Collective in various talent acquisition and recruitment roles. Dave has a degree in Theology from Cardiff University and attended Prestatyn High School.
