Tony Davis has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Tony started as a Business Consultant at Reed Business Information in 2004, followed by being a Market Development Manager at InvestorInfo Ltd, where they successfully launched two new B2B print titles. Tony then joined Returnity as a Client Service Director, leading sales and client service teams in digital marketing. Tony later became the Head of Professional Services at Salmat Data Sciences, providing CRM and database solutions. Tony also served as the Head of Digital Strategy APAC at Silverpop APAC, developing strategies for unified email, social, and mobile automation platforms. Tony then assumed the role of National Manager, APD Engage at APD, leading a team of 360 digital service professionals. Tony joined ShiftCare as a Marketing and Sales Consultant, helping health service providers with software-as-a-service solutions. Tony also worked at IBM as part of the Digital Sales Team, focusing on cognitive, commerce, and cloud-based products. Currently, Tony is involved with DiUS as a Client Engagement Principal and Startupbootcamp FinTech as an Intrapreneur in Residence.

Tony Davis has a diverse education history, with various degrees and certificates spanning different fields. In 1981, they completed their HSC at Hurlstone Agricultural High School. Tony then pursued a Bachelor's degree in Science (Mathematics) at UNSW from 1990 to 1991. Following this, they studied Engineering (Aeronautical) at the University of Sydney from 1987 to 1989. In 1992, they obtained a Certificate in Registered Representatives from the Sydney Futures Exchange. In 1996, Tony earned a Graduate Certificate in Multimedia and Television Production from Charles Sturt University. Additionally, in 2003, they obtained a Certificate in E-marketing from ADMA IQ. Tony later pursued an MBA degree at Macquarie Business School from 2004 to 2007. Continuing their education, they completed a Certificate in Applied Business Analytics at MIT Sloan Executive Education in 2020. Most recently, in 2022, Tony completed an Executive Education program on Artificial Intelligence: Implications for Business Strategy at MIT Sloan School of Management. Tony has also obtained various certifications, including the AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner from Amazon Web Services and several LinkedIn certifications in leadership and technology.
