Mike Allen

Mike has spent his 20-year career facilitating business development within the Cyber Security Space, from early-stage start-ups to well established companies. He came to Divergence Academy with the mission to assist companies navigating the rapidly changing technology workforce. With a consultative approach, within his role at Divergence, he helps companies by providing a continuous pipeline of top talent, assisting them in setting up and running apprenticeship programs, and providing corporate training to upskill their current workforce.
