Jennifer Komos

Jennifer Komos has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Jennifer currently works as the East Region Practice Director at DIVERSANT, LLC, where they are responsible for developing, training, and motivating a team of Direct Hire Sales Managers. Jennifer is also involved in improving processes and exceeding the division's goals in partnership with other leaders in the organization. Prior to this, Jennifer held the role of AVP/Division Director at Robert Half Technology, where they received several accolades for revenue growth and leadership achievements. Jennifer successfully rebuilt the ITS Search Division and led a significant increase in total revenue. Before that, they worked as a Recruiting Manager at Robert Half Technology. Jennifer also has experience as a Business Development Manager at RevLocal, a Seasonal Merchandiser at Mattel, Inc., and a Store Manager at Bath & Body Works. Jennifer began their career at JCPenney, where they held the roles of Merchandise Execution Leader and Sales Manager Trainee. Jennifer also gained retail management experience as a Retail Management Intern at Sears Holdings Corporation.

Jennifer Komos graduated from Michigan State University in 2011, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Communication, General. Jennifer completed their undergraduate education from 2007 to 2011.
