Kimberly Garbarino

Kimberly Garbarino began their work experience in 2014 at Experis IT, where they held various roles including IT Talent Sourcing Coordinator, IT Recruiter for National Strategic Accounts, IT Recruiting Team Lead, and Enterprise IT Recruiting Team Lead. In November 2017, they were promoted to the position of Sr. Enterprise IT Recruiter and later became the Sr. Enterprise IT Recruiter for Microsoft in November 2018. Kimberly worked in these positions until June 2019. In July 2019, they joined DIVERSANT, LLC as a Strategic Account Program Manager, where they are currently employed.

Kimberly Garbarino obtained their Associate's Degree in Computer Science from Columbia-Greene Community College from 2004 to 2006. In November 2020, they also obtained a certification in Unconscious Bias from LinkedIn.
