Rick Utley

Rick Utley is a seasoned technical project manager with extensive experience in the telecommunications industry. Currently serving as the GN&T Technical IT Project Manager at DIVERSANT, LLC since November 2019, Rick is responsible for overseeing customer migrations to new fiber network facilities. Prior to this role, Rick held positions such as Director of Technical Implementation at PeopleScout, where the focus was on automating the candidate selection lifecycle, and Manager of Video Product Support at Verizon, managing a team for home and mobile video products. Experience also includes managing business intelligence operations at Redbox Instant, developing products and support processes at Verizon, and leading a team of integration specialists at IP Communications. Rick’s career began at Sprint as a Solutions Architect, where responsibilities included customer success management and strategic solutions development.
