Robert Coda

Robert Coda has extensive work experience in finance and operations management. Robert started their career at RCG Information Technology in 1983, where they served as Controller/Vice President for 14 years. During their time there, they coordinated and supervised monthly financial closings and implemented a budgeting system.

In 1998, Coda joined Chelsea Computer Consultants as CFO, overseeing day-to-day operations and contract negotiations. Robert then joined MSX International in the same year as Operations Manager and later became Controller/Operations Manager. In this role, they achieved budgeted EBIT for the Eastern Region and designed a sales commission plan.

Coda moved to Lawler Associates in 2004 as CFO before joining Diversant LLC in 2009 as VP of Finance. At Diversant LLC, they delivered IT staffing and payroll service solutions and utilized a team approach to provide efficient staffing solutions.

Robert Coda obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Accounting from Baruch College, where they studied from 1978 to 1983.
